They can be eaten as a main dish to share with others, or a side dish for you to savor on your own. Either way, you will always be coming back for more. Hummus is a Melo's Kitchen customer favorite. Made with chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and lemon, hummus can be eaten as a side dish or a main dish with pita bread or vegetables. Today, it is popular throughout the Middle East, North Africa, and in Middle Eastern cuisine around the globe.

$5Muhammara is a hot pepper dip originally from Aleppo, Syria. The principal ingredients are usually fresh or dried peppers, usually Aleppo pepper, ground walnuts, breadcrumbs, and olive oil. It may also contain garlic, salt, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and sometimes spices (e.g. cumin). It may be garnished with mint leaves. Muhammara is eaten as a dip with bread, as a spread for toast, and as a sauce for kebabs, grilled meats, and fish.

Nazoug or nazook is a popular Armenian delicacy. It is made of butter, sugar, flour, vanilla, eggs, yogurt, and dry yeast. Glazed and crunchy on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside, nazoug is a traditional Armenian dessert you can never get enough of.
